404 Error after trying to connect a new website address

Hi,

I've recently decided to change my account to a monthly paid account and purchased a new .com address instead of the free address you get when signing up.

When I connect my new .com domain to my website it gives me a 404 page not found error and I don't know what to do to correct this issue.

Hi @laptitcrepe, thanks for your post and apologies for the delayed response. 

Is this issue ongoing? Any changes you make to your domain take 24/48hrs to start populating so that may have been the error here.
