online store won't publish

I've tried numerous times to publish my online store and nothing happens. I've tried clearing my cache and used different browsers but nothing. There is an older version of the store that is still on the internet. But I have no access to that and it has my current Square domain address. 

 

I think the problem may have occurred when I tried disabling one of my stores that I no longer use. I only wanted the one store that I currently use as the other company has closed. I think disabling the online store of the old company may have messed up my account and that's why I can't publish any changes to my current store. I can make changes and preview them but when I try to publish the new changes nothing happens. Please help.

HI, did you purchase your .com with Square?  If yes, then you need to contact Square to change the URL that the .com is attached to.  

 

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

Its a Square domain, not one I purchased.

 

I tried calling them and keep getting cut off. I emailed yesterday and still have not heard back. Its very frustrating when you have a business to run and there is no communication with Square.
