online orders not appearing in our dashboard

when we receive orders in our online store for "shipping" the completed order does not appear in the dashboard.  Orders for "pickup" are working just fine.  Has anyone else encountered this?  Just started in the last 24 hours.

Sorry to hear this @Philhofstee - What browser are you using to view your orders on Dashboard? Have you tried to Google Chrome?
