online checkout links issue

I'm using the new Online checkout Links, I've set it up with an item that has a picture and it shows up when you click the link. The problem is posting the link to social media. it just displays a grey square with text, NOT the picture of the item like you see in the advertising for this feature. Did I miss a setting? Is the product just not as advanced as the new advertising? it really should display the image of the item when posting the link to Facebook.

Ah I see! I would recommend calling our Support Team on the glitch you're seeing with your Facebook links.
