Hello,
I have appointments created, due to Covid, I am opening up the appointment, clicking "Review and Checkout",
clicking "Charge",
clicking "More",
clicking "Invoice"
and while there I created the invoice to send using a url.
I text my client the url to pay. They pay the invoice.
What happens next, btw that just started happening yesterday (may 7 and is happening to fellow professionals) the appointment will not 'close' out unless it is a different form of payment ie:check cash.
Please help.

This definitely sounds odd - Are you creating the Invoice so the customer can enter their payment information?
I would also, suggest reaching out to our Appointments team directly. They would be able to help you with the specifics on this appointment and the behavior you're experiencing.
Yes they pay the invoice that is created through the appointment.
Sorry, let me try to be clearer
Through the clients appointment, I create an invoice as a form of payment, they pay via cc. The appointment is not closing out. See picture,
ones circled in red all were paid through invoice created from the appointment checkout. All cc transactions. There is record of the transaction but it is not closing out the appointment.
Ah I see! I would recommend calling our Appointments Support Team, so they can take a deeper look into creating that invoice through your appointment.
