online booking question

hey guys! i hope someone can help
does anyone know if the list of services available for clients to book can be displayed in the category segments rather than just a long list of services?

 

I just tried out the online booking widget before releasing it to clients and THANK GOD i did. It is really hard to navigate and find the service you want to book. All the services are mixed up and in no particular order.
When i have set all the services up my end i put them all into categories thinking these categories would be displayed on the online booking but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Hi @gizemsydney, thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community 🙂 

 

I had a look and can confirm the template you are using for your bookings site is the only one that is currently available. There's some more information on customising your bookings site here that may be useful to you, but the format should stay the same. 

 

With regard to the Widget, it should go in the order, I would need to see it in order to check if there's anything we can do/edit. If you do reenable it, feel free to post a link to your site here so I can take a look and do some testing on my end. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing @gizemsydney. I checked in with my team and can confirm this is the only current format for the Appointments Booking page. 

 

Using a booking site may give you some more flexibility but as mentioned, there's not a huge range at the moment, for example:

In the meantime though, I have passed the feedback onto the Appointments team with regard to the customisation of the bookings page, hopefully, it's something we'll be able to update soon.
