I have one client that when I try to send a text notification of her appointment it doesn't allow me to send a notification from my phone. It says no notifications (preferred). I can change it on the computer but it always goes back to that setting. Can you help me change the setting to text notifications?

Make sure the phone number allows text messages=.
If it does, then I would recommend calling our Support Team directly. They will be able to dive into this issue a little deeper, since this is account specific.
