my iphone shows the transactions, but laptop says there were none

my iphone shows the transactions that were processed and accepted. when i go to squareup.com and log in, it says there was no activity!

I want to ask some follow-up questions about what you're seeing between your Dashboard & app. 

 

Do you have multiple locations for your business? If so, your transactions will only appear under that specific location when looking at your app. 

 

Did you take any of these transactions in Offline Mode? 

 

Are you using the same email address to log into the app and your Dashboard?
