I started using Square in June. We have two devices. When I try to run a sales report or a customer report it shows me no transaction, even thought the money was preocesed and deposited. We I go to dashboard It only shows the transactions of the last couple of days. Looks like the system wiped out the transaction. Could someone help me figure out this?

It is odd you’re not seeing all your transactions from your devices!
First thing I would check is to make sure all your devices are logged into the same account. One may be logged into an old account perhaps?
Other than that, are you pulling reports from the Point of sale or the web dashboard? If you’re running reports from the PoS make sure your reports are set to “all devices” and not just the device you’re running the reports from.
Lets start there and if everything is looking right and youre still seeing the issues issues let us know and we can try some other things!
