When paying over $100 the keypad is unresponsive to entering a pin! I have to take payment in various lots under $100 which isn't very professional. It is a new Iphone 12 and everything else seems to work fine!

While this is not something we're able to investigate further via our Seller Community forum, I recommend getting in touch with our support team for further help with this - they may need to file a bug so our engineering team can look into it further.
