how to enable manual cc payments on pos app

My pos app doesn't have an option for accepting cc/debit payments. It doesn't have the option for contactless payment either. How am I supposed to make sales if I can't accept payments?

On an Android phone after opening the App  at the top there are 3 tabs ( Keypad, Library and Favorites) to add items to your sale.  At the bottom states Review Sale.  Click that after adding items or using the Keypad to enter the amount.

On the review Sale, near the bottom is a Charge with the amount on a Blue bar.... Tap that.

Then you can use your Card reader or tap another method you prefer, Cash, Manual Credit Card Entry, Giftcard, Card on file or invoice.

If your using an Ipad or Iphone, When opening the app you have areas at the bottom and you want to be on Checkout, Add your Items to the cart, then press Charge bottom Right area.  You will be able to accept cards then or choose other methods also.

Manual credit card entry isn't even an option. It's not there.

What device are you using?

My Ipad Screen in the Square Stand look different after Taping Charge or Tender.

This is what my screen looks like on an android phone for the POS app:

This is after I tap the Charge , Take Payment or whatever its called.  This screen is waiting for the Card to be tapped or Dipped or Swiped.  If you want to do Manual or cash or another form you need to tap the correct form under Turn On NFC.
