how to balance square if I had to pay a supplier cash from the register?

would like to know how do i balance the "books" if  I had to take cash from my cash register to pay on delivery to a supplier who has dropped goods of to my shop? Please help!

You can record cash taken in/out of a cash drawer session if you've turned Cash Management on (available on iPads and Android tablets only).

HI, just wondering if when doing a cash in or out you can print a receipt of this transaction

I have followed the link and tested but couldnt work it out

Hey @ChickenRacer,

While you can't print a receipt at the time of doing a cash in/cash out, these cash movement records will appear on a printed end of day cash drawer report. You can turn this on via the POS app under Settings/Printers/Print From This Device.

You can also opt to have this report emailed to you:

• From your in-app menu, tap Settings > Cash Management.
• Toggle on Auto-Email Report.
• Enter your preferred email address.
