how do I get QTY and description seperated on the transaction export CSV file?

how do I get QTY and description seperated on the transaction export CSV file? It only give me descriptions like 2xapple pie, 4xdonuts, 4xapple pie, if I want to sort on description to group all common products together it does not work as 4x items are grouped together. Appreciate any help, thanks KP

Hey @KPcivitan. It sounds like you are using the Transactions CSV.  You can get what you want by exporting the Items Detail CSV which has one line/record for each item sold in a transaction.  Depending on exactly what you are trying to do, you might also need the Transactions CSV if you need information that only it contains.  You can link the two using the Transaction ID column.
