how can my images show while booking for a specific item?

Ok so after uploading images to items/services on my site, you cant see the image of the item/service that you're getting. My customers will have questions as to what they are getting that show in the image but i cant get the image to show. It is uploaded because I  can see it on my item list. when i go to "book" i cant see any images.

for some reason I also have an issue with getting photos to show on the services.. we only can get them to show photos on the staff
