eGift Cards Own Design

I am attempting to create my own eGift Card design.

Found the community link on the sizing https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Questions-How-To/Designing-my-eGift-Card-What-dimensions-should-m...

 

However, when attempting to add design, I am unable to.  https://squareup.com/dashboard/gift-cards/electronic/configure Clicking on "Add Design", the page becomes "translucent", but does nothing. I have tried multiple browsers, removed any pop-up blockers, and also added the address to the safe website list.

 

Anyone done this before and can give some pointers?

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue when attempting to upload your personal design!

Great job finding the above Seller Community thread regarding sizing. Since you've already checked to ensure your image dimensions are within the recommended 600 x 400 pixels, the next step would be to reach out to our Support Team directly so they can take a closer look at this behaviour with you. Our team will be available for phone support until 5 pm Melbourne time today!

You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email. See the below steps.

 

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"

 

Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type “support” to bring up a list of contact methods.

Something between logging this ticket and today, the Geekie Gods have allowed things to play nice.

Was able to get the pop-up "Create Your Card Design" upload screen to come up, even with no changes on my end.

But, all good, new design uploaded.
