domain not connecting

Hi, I have a Weebly site for my local club, carrigdhouncyclingclub.com but I'm getting a 404 page. The domain is hosted by GoDaddy and DNS has been properly configured through the automated tool to point to Weebly. This has been working fine for years but now it's not for some reason.

In the Website > Domains page the status is showing as not connected with a green banner on top saying "carrigdhouncyclingclub.com was successfully connected. It can take 24 hours for changes to appear across all browsers" however it's been like this for days.

I've republished our site a few times now to try but I still have the 404 page

Can anyone help? Thanks!

I apologise for the delayed response on our end here and to hear that you're running into this issue. 

In this case, you'll need to contact the Weebly team directly, you are able to reach their Customer Success team by scrolling to the bottom of our Support Center, https://www.weebly.com/app/help/us/en, and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window, we recommend typing in “Speak with a rep” to be directed to the teams available to your account.

Due to Weebly being a US-based team, I would suggest waiting until after 2 pm GMT to contact them. Hopefully, they will be able to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
