distance based fees

hey there,

 

Im trying to Set My delivery fees but its not letting Me put a Start and end distance. I want to set different rates for Increasing Miles due to My location, Without it letting Me, it wont let me save any changes. Has anyone else run into the Same problem all?

I just tried to set up Distance-based delivery fees and I was able to successfully save the edits. 

 

Can you provide further details about the issue (including screenshots). Are you getting an error message clicking Save in the Fulfillment Settings ? Or are the edits not populating on your website? 

In the meantime, I suggest going through the following browser troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Make sure that your browser is up to date, by searching the Internet for the current version of your browser.
  • Clear the cache on your browser. Instructions for clearing your cache will vary depending on your browser. Accessing the Help menu on your browser should allow you to locate step-by-step instructions.
  • Switch to a different browser: Square is supported with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge. You can check your browser version online to make sure it is up to date.
  • Enable cookies, Square’s login page requires that your browser have cookies enabled.
