Hi, I've created two different discounts (one today and one months ago), and neither one comes up when I enter the name of the discounts in the discount field.  This is the main frustration with Square and the reason I am looking to use other payment systems.  Please help.  Thank you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Are you able to see your discounts from the Dashboard if you go to Items > Discounts ?

How are you searching or applying your discounts? Are you using a Square POS, Register, or terminal to apply your discounts?
