digital product - incomplete report

Hello - Maybe i am doing this wrong. Recently created a website so that our parents can purchase wristbands for our school carnival. I had placed the item as a digital item as it was the recommendation for events from square set up. We had the parents write their students name and teacher in the "note to seller" so that we can make sure we deliver the wristbands to their classroom. However, when I print the report - the report shows the fulfillment notes column (notes to seller) HOWEVER it's blank! When I know there are notes on there. When we did a sale for our school uniform shirts (product not digital) we are able to pull reports and those reports showed the kids info under fulfillment notes. 

Please help! How can i create a report that includes the notes for fulfillment for the digital product????

Hi Ptoevents,

Sounds like your report issue is something that Tech Support needs to look into.   Not sure why there was a recommendation for the Wristbands to be setup as Digital - seems to me that what you did with the Shirts worked so why not do the same with the Wristbands.  I understand that you are doing events whereas you may not offer the same item all time however, when the event is over, you could hide the item or delete it.  Just my thoughts of course.
