difficulty today with entering inventory - anyone else?

I'm having so much trouble putting information into my inventory today - sometimes I can't put in the unit price, other times I can't add the number of items, etc. Is this a bandwidth issue or am I missing something? I've restarted the app, my computer, everything!

Thanks for posting about it, @SonnetSparrow. If you switch to a different browser on your computer are you able to edit your inventory?

Same issues when I switch browsers. Can't edit certain fields, can't even get options within certain fields!

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble entering your inventory. Couple of questions here:

1. Are you the account owner? 
2. Is this occurring when you try to edit your items from the Item Library or your Square Online Store? 
3. Would you mind replying with a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end?

Hi Isabel, I was able to get through to a customer service associate this morning and we discovered that inventory input (for me) is not working on Safari or Firefox, but only on Chrome. Info was sent to the engineering team.
