delivery radius

I have set up my delivery radius into 12km but for some reason it still accepting delivery from 20km. How to fix this?

It definitely sounds like something is amiss here, as you should receive orders from within your order radius. I'd really like to dive deeper into your account settings, but am not able to go into account specifics via this forum.
