could not establish a secure connection to the server

Hi There!

I tested my online checkout links on my phone (connected to mobile internet) and they worked.

Now, I am getting feedback from about 30 of my customers saying that they are getting a message saying 'Cannot open the page because it cannot establish a secure connection to the server.'

From investigations, I found the following;

1. When connected to mobile data, the links work

2. When connected to wifi, the links return the error

AFTER I sent the links out, I tried on my computer and I get the same error as everyone else is getting. And, they are getting it on phones (both android and apple), computers, iPads etc. 

BUT, the only difference is if the same devices they use switch from wifi to mobile data, they work.

This is not idea.

Do you know which internet service provider your customers are using, and can you let us know yours? The culprit here would unfortunately be the settings on your router. Your internet service provider should be able to provide instructions to ensure you can visit all websites without encountering this error. I'll keep an eye out for your response!
