contact form not being recieved by IONOS email

My domain is hosted by IONOS but website built by Square...

Contact form not being recieved by IONOS but if we enter a hotmail / gmail addy in the square settings the form lands no problem lbeit in SPAM folder.

Been on with IONOS as I woul guess its there end ...currently they are head scratching.

Anyone else had same issue with IONOS?

I haven't heard of any other seller having this issue, so it could be specific on your account. I appreciate you reaching out to IONOS beforehand. When it comes to integrations, we always suggest reaching out to the partner first. 

I am going to suggest reaching out to our Customer Success team directly, so they can take a deeper look on the issues you're seeing with the contact form integration.
