I have turned on time tracking on the register. I do not see a clock icon or whatever im suppose to see on screen for my employees to clock in or out or take a lunch even after they login with their pin number. Reading passed discussions this may be a issue that support has to fix? how do i open a ticket for someone to look at this for me. want to fix this issue.. sometimes employees lose/break/forget phone. thanks
I think your best bet is to contact square directly on this. We don't have our employees clock in/out on POS- only their own phones- so no idea.
