Hi, We use Square appointments and want to add two services ( usually booked at the same time with different therapists) together when checking out as often one client pays for both services.

We can add them together as monetary value on a quick checkout but this means tips are not allocated to therapists and we have to reduce the service charge to zero on both appointments and put a note on that this has been paid together. Not ideal and can lead to mistakes. Any ideas Guys and Gals ??

Hi @Float13 👋 thanks for your post. 

At the moment, there isn’t a way to accept payments for multiple appointments with a single transaction — you would need to process each appointment separately. The only other option is to manually add them together but as you mentioned this can lead to mix-ups. 

This is a popular request so if we do have any updates on adding multiple services to the cart I will let you know here.
