changing incorrectly loaded GST

Hi I'm wondering if it is possible to backdate incorrectly loaded GST on sales. I have/staff has removed gst component on sales of items or added to non gst items. can this be reversed?

Hi @Amberlight,

While you can edit your GST settings for transactions going forward, these settings would not be applied retroactively. Keep in mind that the GST component in your reports is not deducted by Square, but displayed for your own reporting. When exporting your reports as a .csv file, you can make adjustments in Excel directly.
