As far as I am aware, Square integration with Woocommerce does not currently feed orders from Woocommerce into the Order Manager in Square.
So the orders and fulfilment need to be managed in Woocommerce.
If you need any help, don't hesitate to reach out to Woocommerce as they manage and own the integration with Square. I hope this helps!
