At the moment, there isn't a way to send links to your customers to book an appointment on a specific date or time. It's a fantastic idea though! We'll be sure to share it with our team for their consideration.
We do have the Fake-It Filter, though, which could be a useful alternative for what you're looking for. The Fake-it Filter arbitrarily removes a percentage of available slots from the online booking site, so you can reserve a portion of your day for other tasks. To add or edit your fake-it filter:
- Visit Settings from your online Square Appointments Dashboard.
- Navigate to Calendar & Booking.
- Under Fake-it Filter, select the percentage that you’d like to appear as booked.
- Click Save.
Note: To troubleshoot issues with availability, try turning your fake-it filter Off and asking your client to book again.
