automated emails

Ive recently noticed my automated emails arent going out to clients - so im not collecting reviews. Really disappointed in square tbh ive had it only a year and paid for the maximum upgrades possible. Im looking elsewhere to move my site.

 

When is this issue going to be resolved? If we have paid for this feature and its not working then we should be refunded?

Hi @flawlessonline, I'm really sorry to hear this!

 

I know there was an issue that cause some automated emails like request for reviews to not be sent out to customers. However, this should have been resolved last week and the backlog of emails should have been resent.

 

If customers are still not receiving these (even after checking their spam folder), please let me know. I can definitely escalate this to the appropriate team so they can investigate this further.
