authorized representive missing from dashboard

When I log in to my square account there are three businesses on the homepage I must choose from (this was set up by a previous employee) the one we actually use is on the right hand side and is set up with Square for Restaurants Plus.  However when in the dashboard for that business there is no way to add an authorized representative - it is not in  account and settings or anywhere even when I search for it.  Only one of the other businesses on the homepage actually has an authorized representative option but that account is not used for our business ( and therefore doesnt have the problem we are trying to address) and therefore we can never get the help we need from Square when having issues because we cant add ourselves as authorized representatives for the account we use even though we are the owners.  Any and all help would be really appreciated as we are super frustrated with trying to get anything accomplished when it comes to Square. Thank you!

This means that you are accessing these businesses as a Team Member and not as an owner. At this time only account owners login in with the account holder credentials are able to add Authorized Representatives for the security of the account.
