appointments for square on insta and fb

i am unable to connect my insta and fb account to appointment for square. I have followed your guidelines and it says I do not have admin permission.

Help would be appreciated.

Are you receiving a specific error message when trying to connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts to your appointments? If so, please send over a screenshot. This might help me pinpoint where the issue is coming from. Thanks!
