app closes when i open transactions and it will no longer take credit card payments. We use a ipad 5th generation and ios 13.2

Hmmm - that definitely sounds buggy @GrandmasCafe. Sellers usually have have luck with reinstalling the app - as it fixes most glitchy behavior and updates to the latest app version.
First try that and any other troubleshooting steps that may help. Let me know how it goes!
hi, thanks for response but still no luck. I deleted app and reinstalled. Updated iOS on IPAD but no luck. We can't take credit card payments and when we select transactions tab the app shuts down. We are losing business 😞

Really sorry to hear you're still having issues after updating the app and device.
I think it'd be best to reach out to our Support Team directly to do some troubleshooting together to resolve this the quickest.
Do you know how to call our Support Team? Follow this link: squ.re/contact and go through the flow of trying to find your issue. If you click More > I Don't See My Issue, it will give you an option to call our Customer Success team as long as you're logged in.
Keep in mind too that your customer code is always the same so write it down for future reference in case you ever need to call us again.
