Scheduled discount issue

I'm new to Square. I've added products with discounts on them for the remainder of the week. On my Square Terminal, the discounts are reflected immediately, but when I share the link and add it to an email campaign, the discount isn't calculating. Has anyone experienced this before?

When you mention that you're sharing a link with your customers, it sounds like you're using checkout links. At this time, automatic discounts created in your Square Dashboard will not apply to checkout links, as automatic discounts are only for use within your Point of Sale.

Online store discounts will work differently depending on which eCommerce platform you're using. Could you possibly let us know if you're using our online store or if yours is set up with another eCommerce platform provider? Thanks in advance, @LloydMediaGroup!
