add redeem rewards to item library

I can't seem to figure out how to add Redeem Rewards. It is not in my item library. Can anyone help?

Hello @ecaracappa !

The redeem rewards line should be one of the first lines listed in your item library on your app. For me it's the first followed by Gift Cards.

If it's not there and you're paying for Customer Engagement (needed so that the customer tools are available for you), then try logging out of the app, force closing the app, restarting the tablet, and logging back in. The app may just not have sync'ed with Square's servers.

If after that you still don't have the Redeem Rewards item, you'll have to get customer service involved because something odd is going on.
