I sent out an email promo with coupon to our customers last night - the emails have not been reaching all of our customers. No changes in customer emails have happened since previous marketing emails had been sent out. Help!
This sounds like something our Marketing team would be able to research for you. Just a reminder on who we can send emails to: your Reachable customers are the customers in your Directory have provided an email address to you, or been enrolled in Square Marketing from their Square receipts.
You can view your Reachable customers by clicking on Customers > Directory > All Customers > Reachable
