That is a really good question. I believe the answer is yes you can send invoices, but where the issue comes is the location detection for payments processed to comply with the contracts Square has with the cards and the payment network. If it is them paying from their phone/computer it shouldn't matter where you are, but if you are trying to process a payment on your device outside the US it could be an issue. @PessoAlumni would you know the answer or have the connection to the person who would know?
