Hello, I am trying to send an estimate to a customers email and it say’s undelivered even tho the email is correct. I have even tried to send it to myself and it won’t send. Any ideas, customer support is no help.

When an invoice, estimate, or marketing email is deemed "Undeliverable", we failed to reach the mailbox due to having an invalid email or because of restrictions imposed by the email user or provider. On our system, we can only see "undeliverable" cause that is the only information the email provider will offer.
My only advice would be to ask the Customer for a different email address, preferably from a different email provider, and test if the problem persists.
Thanks for the reply, I have sent the same estimate to my email and it still says undelivered and it’s a different email provider.
I see... Can I suggest creating a new Estimate and testing it and sending it to yourself @Amiee84? As I said there is little we can do in regards to "undeliverable" because that means that we sent it and the recipient's email server rejected it.
