I had an accidental charge with a client that paid with a MasterCard they will not show that she has been refunded even though it shows it has on our end need to speak to a representative to resolve this
Hi @Dezra85. You didn’t say when you processed the refund. But they can take 2-7 business days to process. Here’s the Refund Overview Square Help Document and the Refund FAQ Document that outline this. Note that if you processed the transaction and the refund in the same day, then it usually takes 3 business days for the customer’s bank to drop the pre-authorization. There’s nothing anyone can do about this, unfortunately.
