Wide Background Photo remains static on mobile

I am working on a site http://www.joeyskoch.com

I have tried several themes with a wide header background image which looks good on desktop.  But the image does not resize on mobile and it's too small.

I have tried using the "Hide" app and was playing around with it, but it does not work on background images.

Do you have any suggestions?

At this time, Weebly employees are not able to assist with code edits, but since you posted a link to your site hopefully another user may be able to help you out.

Important: If you do edit the CSS/HTML area of your theme your site would be considered a "custom" theme. It's possible you may not be able to receive assistance from support unless you revert back to a standard Weebly theme.
