Why such a frustrating LOAN PRODUCT 2013-2023

When will I ever get used to the built in annoying over the top never updated or improved Square Loan Product? 2013-2023

Just a 1/2 million dollar a year ( square processed revenue) small minority owned business waiting for final Square Loan Approval after being sent an offer and accepting well over 36 hours ago. Opting for an instant deposit on our 15th ( or more ) loan. And still waiting....and waiting... it just gets real old.

As a follow up to this discussion opener... I was kinda shocked to see a previous post just about the same issue I recall having last year.... THE DELAY in funding must be from selecting funding ton" your square checking account " as opposed to your linked checking account to Square. I chose funding directly to my square account thinking it would be faster last time.... WRONG Offer Received 7/26 Immediately accepted on my end with funding to Square account for first time ever( had always chosen funds to go to outside linked account) and was funded in 24 hours. Do you know it took until Aug 1st for them to fund my loan to my Square Account ?? So unacceptable  and it looks like that is a " method " when that option is selected.  Perhaps choose funding to your outside linked account for faster service.

and Im sure this is something square is aware of seeing as multiple people have had similar issues.

Hi, I got denied today. They stated that I violated the surcharges rule but can’t explain what they’re referring to. I honestly feel like Square is trying to cut back on loan offers. I’ve been getting square capital loans since the beginning of time, never been late and reach my minimum amount before the date. I’m very disappointed in Square. Considering finding another merchant. Square doesn’t value my business.
