A customer recently contacted me regarding an order they were attempting to place. On most of the items he was getting an error message saying “this item is not available for shipping”?
Anyone else encounter this? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

When viewing this item in the Online Store settings, what does it have selected under fulfillment?
Let me know so I can look into this further.
some have the weights entered and some do not. ALL have been perfectly fine until this problem has arisen.
We are also having this issue, started receiving emails from customers last Tuesday, Feb 2.
any help? I've tried all the solutions posted and it's still not allowing me to choose shipping. Only pick up options
I have a customer with this complaint today-what is the fix? Do I need to reach out to SUPPORT?

There's a few reasons your customer might see this error, check the following:
- Is the item they're trying to buy available for shipping? Make sure the correct fulfillment method is assigned to your item.
- Is the item in stock?
- Have you set up shipping rates for this item?

I am having issues with my subscription....I have an item that can be delievered weekly but square says subscriptions are for shipping only..How can i get around this as we want to do weekly local deliveries only on subscription not shipping. Also my shipping selection is not visible even though i have it set under fulfillment so my customers can't subscribe 😞 any help would be appreciated. Thank you
