I’m unable to get into my eGift Cards Settings page through my dashboard. I’ve been having trouble with it for two days, since I set up the gift cards and a promotion. I’ve already done troubleshooting about my network and suffice to say it’s not my internet, I’ve now tried multiple sources to no avail.
I click on Settings in the eGift Cards section and the page doesn’t show anything when it fully loads. It’s literally a blank white page regardless of how long the tab is left open. I’m not having trouble loading any other page on the site, just this settings page. Please help!
I am having the same problem currently! I am trying to create our description for my E gift cards and the settings option will not open up on the dashboard or on the website. Hoping to resolve this soon because I am just waiting on that to publish my store!

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this. I just ran a test on my own account and everything seems to be functioning as normal.
What internet browser are you using? Also, do you mind providing me a screenshot? Thank you!

I’m using safari.
photo 1 I’ve clicked on settings tab. This causes nothing to happen. Literally. Safari freezes. After I exit out and reopen the app we get photo 2.
photos 2 & 3 are the page struggling to load.
photo 4 is when the page finishes “loading,” nothing ever actually appears.

Thanks for those screenshots. Looks like you are using Safari. We have found the most success with our sellers using Google Chrome. I would recommend trying that out, and letting us know if you have any other questions by replying directly to this thread.
