Hello @Lafaye1223, sorry to hear you weren't able to see your account on Saturday. If you're still having trouble can you try signing out of the app and making sure when you sign back in that you use the email address associated with your account? If you create another account it might look different when you sign in.
Please reply here to let me know if you're using the app or the online Square Dashboard and what you're seeing when you try to sign in. If you can add a screenshot in your reply would help.
