Transactions are not accurately updating inventory.

Sorry to hear that. How are you taking these payments that aren't updating your inventory? Are they online payments or in-store payments using the app?
Are you making sure to utilize your Item Library in checkout rather than charging custom amounts?
Let me know, as I want to look into this for you.
Payments are either made via credit card or recorded as cash if paid via cash or Venmo.
I always use my Item library. If I need to make a new item I create it before processing the sale. These are items that aren’t updating with each sale.

Do you have inventory tracking enabled for all the new items that you create? Do you input a stock count?
