Why have my Open Tickets disappeared from my Point of Sale?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Saved baskets.

 

I’ve gone in to retrieve a customers basket and all of them are missing, how do I retrieve them?

Our Engineers are currently in the process of migrating Open Tickets over to the Orders page. If you navigate to Orders, are you able to see your Open Tickets here?

I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

I’ve located ‘orders’ page and there’s nothing there either, there’s like all 8 or 9 saved baskets missing, are they retrievable please?
