I have my email address and website filled out in the receipt section in my Account & Settings but neither is showing on the sample receipt. Why? All it shows is my name and phone number. I'm new and haven't processed any payments yet so I'm just setting this up for the first time. Thanks!
I don't think the sample receipt will show that info. Try a cash test payment of $1 and send the receipt to yourself.to double check if your email appears.
