Why does it say it's unable to approve my request

I tried to verify my account to accept payments but Square says they are unable to approve my request. Can someone help me out please ?

I have rang them but they ask for a customer code. I don't know where to find that or how can you please help me

It sounds like you may have call us after hours. You don't need a customer code to contact the Support team. The team are online from 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.

I rang them at that time yesterday they still asked for a customer code

im also having the same issue says: "Square is unable to approve your request"

this is coming when im trying to finalise account setup, can anyone help?
note: called on the phone number provided but asking for customer number which I do not know

Hi there @webbanglim, apologies for the delayed response. 

 

That sounds strange - it's possible that a step was missed in the verification flow. I can't check this here unfortunately but our support team will be able to check it for you. If you call during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) you would need to provide a customer code. 

 

Our support team are available on 0800 - 098 8008.
