Why does pointing your domain to the new IP Address take so long and how do I know I did it right? We are wasting precious time. Also, I see a lot of people saying weebly comes up as not secure and won’t let customers in. Is that going to be my next problem?

In regards to your question about the Weebly site not being secure, we've seen that that message appear due to browser issues. As long as customers are using a supported browser there shouldn't be a problem.
