Why cant my clients confirm??

None of my clients are receiving text messages, they were but it just stopped. No one has been able to confirm and I have had a few no shows since then. I have tried to resend conformation with lots of appointments and it always says "confirmation failed, verify the contact information for this customer is correct before trying again" I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and tried so many things and nothing is working. All of the contact information is correct so I do not understand why this is happening. Please help!
