Why cant digital products auto send?

in this image, you can see that in the test emails it sends a little download link for the item, why isn't it possible to actually send digital items in this way, or is it now? tell me what you know everyone!

Hi @MJD, thanks for flagging this! I checked this on my end with the team and it looks like while the email template is built out to support automatic downloads for digital items, this feature is not available with the Square Online site yet.

For now, when customers purchase digital items, the email will mentioned that their items will be sent separately. 

This is a very popular feature request so I'll be sure to follow-up once I have an update from our team about this!
